All prices are expressed in Australian dollars and are (unless otherwise stated) inclusive of 10% GST (Goods & Services Tax) and do not include freight.
All efforts will be made to keep pricing current and stock counts accurate, prices and volume may be subject to change without notice.
Online pricing does not necessarily reflect in-store pricing and may differ.
We will make every effort to display information on this site accurately and as up-to-date as possible, however some attributes such as colour may appear different on your monitor.
2. Payment
Warrnambool Diving and Firearms accepts the following payment methods for online purchases:
Credit Card Payments
If paying via credit card/Papal you will be redirected to a secure Papal environment for payment processing. We do not access or store credit card details.
Direct Deposit
You can deposit money directly into our bank account via direct deposit.

Please leave your order number as a reference or your order may be delayed while your payment is matched to the order. Orders paid by direct deposit will not be processed until full payment has been received. If no payment has been received within seven days your order will be cancelled.
Lay-by Purchasing
Warrnambool Diving and Firearms offer the ability to purchase items on Lay-by. Lay-by is only available for in-store purchases.
A lay-by sale is a sale in which goods are purchased through two or more payments. Depending on administration, value and potential depreciation of goods, Warrnambool Diving and Firearms may request the customer to sign a Lay-by Agreement. The intention of this document is so that the customer has a clear understanding of the terms of the lay-by. By breaching or cancelling the lay-by Warrnambool Diving and Firearms may incur a loss on the goods and the customer may be subject to a cancellation fee as per the Lay-by Agreement Terms and Conditions to cover said loss.
Items Out of Stock
We endeavour to keep our website listings up-to-date on stock levels however in the event that an item ordered on-line is out of stock at the time of ordering, we will contact you and offer a full refund or alternative purchase.
Knives, Firearms, Ammunition and Aerosols
• You must be over the age of 18 to purchase a knife. We will request proof of age for all knife purchases.
• Knives are available for local pick-up only so age can be verified.
• Firearms and Ammunition cannot be purchased online.
• Aerosols are classed as dangerous goods and therefore cannot be posted. All aerosol cans are available for local pickup only.
3. Transfer of Ownership
Ownership does not pass to the customer until the goods are paid for in full and funds have been cleared.
4. Delivery
Freight
Freight is applicable unless otherwise agreed.
Your order will be dispatched within 24 hours of the next business day of payment receipt. If there are any delays due to out of stock products we will notify you as soon as possible and you have the option of changing or cancelling your order.
We deliver Australia wide. Shipping times are estimated between 5 – 7 days depending on your location within Australia.
We cannot deliver to Post Office Boxes. If you are a customer requiring delivery to a residential Address, and cannot be available for delivery you must leave note providing information on where your order can be left.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the postal address listed on their account page is valid and accurate. Please note that re-delivery charges may be applicable if your order cannot be left at the address provided.
Local Pick-up:
We offer local pick-up as a delivery option when you reach the payment screen. This option is free-of-charge however the items must be collected within 7 business days for purchase.

5. Returns Policy
Our items are thoroughly checked before they are sent. Although we sell quality products things don’t always work out or you may have purchased the wrong size or colour. If for any reason you’re dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return the merchandise for a full refund less postage/shipping costs. Conditions apply as listed below.
Online Purchases:
• All items must be returned in original purchase condition with original factory packaging.
• Goods must be returned with a copy customer’s original invoice.
• You must indicate your intention to exchange/return within 7 days of delivery date.
• An Authorization Reference Number must be obtained before any goods can be returned. An Authorization number can be obtained by phoning us on 03 5562 1685 or emailing at scubaone@live.com.au
• Please note: All sale item purchases are final and not exchangeable.
In-Store Purchases:
• All items must be returned in original purchase condition with original factory packaging.
• Items must be returned with customer’s original invoice.
• Items must be returned within 2 business days of original purchase date.
Warranty
Should an item sold by Warrnambool Diving and Firearms be still within the manufactures warranty period, it may be returned to the store as a warranty claim. The warranty claim must satisfy the following criteria.
• Customer is responsible for organising return shipping of the item.
• Goods must be returned with a copy customer’s original invoice.
• An Authorization Reference Number must be obtained before any goods can be returned. An Authorization number can be obtained by phoning us on 03 55621685 or emailing at sales@divingandfirearms.com.au
We will return the item to the manufacturer/distributor who (at their own discretion) will deem if the item is indeed faulty. Once the item returned has been deemed faulty, the manufacturer will either repair or replace the faulty goods. If the item is found not to be faulty by the manufacturer Warrnambool Diving and Firearms will return the goods to the customer.
Should the goods be repaired or replaced by the manufacturer, the warranty on the repaired or replaced goods shall continue from the original purchase date. Should the items not be able to be repaired or replaced within a reasonable time-frame the item will replaced with a substitute item of approximately equal value and to suit intended purpose of the original item. The customer may be required to pay the difference if a substitute item chosen has an increased value than that of the original, or alternatively the customer may be entitled to a refund of the price difference should the substitute product is of less value than that of the original. If the item is not be able to be replaced as described the customer will be offered a full refund.
